Jessica P. Hill is Licensed Clinical Social Worker, located in Richmond, Virginia. Jessica uses a Strength-Based approach, where men's strengths are highlighted to help change their own narrative.
Jessica’s mission is to help adolescent men to adulthood, identify tools that can be implemented in unprecedented times in life, that can help decrease depression, anxiety, feelings of uncertainty, and alleviating the barriers to being emotionally present within life.
Jessica seeks to challenge men in their thoughts and emotions to produce positive outcomes, in their therapeutic journey. Therapy is never an easy task, but it is not one that has to be done alone. Contact me today, and let’s heal…. Together.
As I advanced through my journey in the therapeutic field, I began to notice a significant gap: there were few spaces created specifically for Black men. While mental health conversations have grown significantly, Black men are still often overlooked, underrepresented, and underserved in these spaces.
This realization shifted the trajectory of my work. I chose to center my practice around Black men, not because others don’t matter, but because too often, Black men are left without spaces that speak directly to their lived experiences. My passion for mental health became a commitment to creating a space where Black men feel seen, heard, and supported.
